Awaken’s coaching is the process of coming alongside a leader in a one-on-one relationship to help that leader grow in their faith, leadership, and marriage.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We don’t consult pastors and ministry leaders. \u00a0Consultants are experts, and there\u00a0are many good consultants out there you can hire\u00a0to give you their expert solutions and systems to the problems you face in ministry. \u00a0We coach. \u00a0We don’t claim to be wiser, smarter, or more competent than you. \u00a0Our unique calling is to walk with leaders in their context of ministry, and help God’s leaders awaken to their potential when fully surrendered to God’s agenda. \u00a0Therefore, we believe that\u00a0whatever goal you want to achieve or whatever problem you are currently stuck in,\u00a0God has given you what it takes to lead right where you are. \u00a0Our job is to walk alongside you and encourage you to awaken to\u00a0God’s agenda for you, your leadership, and your marriage.<\/p>\n

Who is\u00a0coaching for?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coaching is for men and women who want to be more effective in their personal and professional life. \u00a0If you want to grow in your\u00a0spiritual formation, leadership, and marriage then Awaken Ministry is right for you. \u00a0You can either be a seasoned veteran or just starting out in ministry. \u00a0Good leaders are those who seek out\u00a0coaches to\u00a0help them discern God’s agenda, and encourage\u00a0them to get in on it in all areas of their life.<\/p>\n

What can I expect from coaching with Awaken?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The way it begins is by filling out the form here<\/a><\/strong>. \u00a0Once you do that, Scott Vermillion will contact you to introduce himself and find out more about you and your ministry. \u00a0Then Scott will help you draft a coaching plan. \u00a0This will primarily be generated by you. \u00a0You come up with the goals you want to achieve. \u00a0You can set goals to help you continue your spiritual formation, your leadership development, or your marriage enrichment. \u00a0After that, Scott will typically either meet with you in person twice a month (if you live in the Denver metro area), or set up a phone call or Skype session. \u00a0You can choose either a 60 minute session or 90 minute session. You are free to call or email\u00a0Scott\u00a0in between coaching appointments if you have questions or want to talk through an issue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
